Each property manager has different rules. Make sure to find out what they expect of you & get it in writing.

If you do not abide by the property manager rules they may keep your deposit & charge you for extra time cleaning. If the home isn't ready by the next guest check in time, they may have to put that other guest in a hotel. That is a charge that will most likely be passed on to you.

We have found that most managers either want the place in perfect move in condition for the next guest, they will just do some light sanitizing of items & others don't want you to do anything.
